How do I sign up?
Enter your email and password, pick a username, verify via WhatsApp OTP, and fill out your profile. Takes about 2 minutes.
How do I set up my storefront?
Add your display name, bio, profile photo, and cover image. Use the focal point drag feature to position your cover perfectly. This is the page brands see when they visit your link.
How do I add my first listing?
Go to your dashboard, tap Add Listing, pick a type (Content, Consultation, Venue Visit, or Merch), set your price, and upload past work. A ready listing is one of the three onboarding requirements.
What's the onboarding checklist?
Three steps to go live: profile basics, one ready-to-sell listing, and a connected bank account. Once all three are done, your page is public and your "Copy Link" button activates. A bundle step is added if you have two or more content listings.
Where should I put my Inflink?
Put inflink.ae/yourname in your Instagram bio, TikTok bio, X bio, and WhatsApp status. This is how brands find and book you without DMs.
What You Can Sell
What are Content listings?
Content listings cover Reels (video), Stories (24h), and Posts (feed). The title is standardized — you set the price, delivery days, revision count, and upload past work samples.
Can I sell consultations?
Yes. Create a Consultation listing with 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute durations. You set the price, the buyer books and pays upfront, and you send the meeting link after.
Can I get hired to visit a restaurant?
Yes. Create a Venue Visit listing. Brands provide the venue address at checkout, you confirm the date, visit and create content, and get paid on completion.
Can I sell my own merch?
Yes. Merch is the only listing type where you write the product name and description. Upload product photos, set the price, toggle shipping, and ship it yourself with tracking or a delivery photo.
What are Bundles?
Bundles let you combine 2 or more listings at a discount. For example, Reel + Story for 15% off. Bundles show as a special tile on your profile.
Orders & Delivery
How does an order work?
Brand pays, you accept, you create and upload content, brand approves, you post live, brand verifies the live link, order completes, and you get paid. Here is the full step-by-step.
What's in the brief the brand sends?
The brief is AI-generated from the brand's website. It includes a shot list, talking points, visual direction, and competitor examples. Everything is inside the order when you open it.
How do I submit my content?
Open the order, tap Upload Content, select your files from your phone, and hit Submit for Review. The brand gets a WhatsApp notification with a magic link to review it instantly.
What's the post link step?
After brand approval, post the content live on Instagram. Then submit the live URL in the order. The brand verifies it is live, the order completes, and your payment is released.
What about merch shipping and disputes?
Ship your merch and provide a tracking number with courier name, or upload a delivery photo. The buyer has 7 days to confirm or dispute. No response means auto-release. Disputes are reviewed by admin within 24 hours.
Getting Paid
How does payment protection work?
Payment is held securely by our licensed payment processor the moment the brand pays. It releases to you only when the work is approved. If the buyer ghosts, it auto-releases after 7 days.
Why does my balance show a different number?
It doesn't. You price a Reel at AED 1,500, you see AED 1,500 in your balance. The service charge is deducted only when you withdraw.
When does pending become available?
7 days after the order completes. Pending means the money is yours but held briefly. Available means you can withdraw it to your bank account.
How do I withdraw my money?
Go to Earnings, tap Request Payout, pick your bank account, enter the amount (minimum AED 100). The service charge is deducted from the withdrawal. Payouts are instant on approval.
Is the Pro plan worth it?
If you earn more than ~AED 1,800 a month, Pro pays for itself. 3-day free trial, first month $19, then $39/month. The service charge drops to the lowest tier.
Growing Your Business
How do reviews work?
1 hour after an order completes, the buyer gets a WhatsApp asking them to leave a review. They rate and comment. Reviews show on your public profile. More reviews mean more bookings.
Can I create content in Arabic?
Yes. Go to Profile Settings and add your content languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.). When a brand books a Reel, they see your available languages and pick one. This applies to video content where you speak on camera.
How do I customize my page?
Go to Dashboard > Customize. Pick a preset theme, change tile style (gradient, mono, glass, photo), swap fonts, and change your accent color. Your page updates in real time.
How much should I charge?
Depends on your niche and following. UAE Reel range: AED 500-5,000. Start at AED 500 under 10K followers, AED 1,000-2,000 at 50K+. Consultations: AED 200-800. Merch: your cost plus margin.
What do brands actually see?
Brands see your profile page with bio, photo, and services as tiles. They tap a tile, add to cart, go through checkout where AI writes the brief, and pay. No DMs, no app download needed.
