When a brand checks out, our AI scans their website and automatically writes a creative brief. You don't need to ask them "so what do you want?" — it's already there when you open the order.
What's in the brief
- Shot list — Specific scenes to film. Example: "Open with the product unboxing, show yourself using it, close-up of the texture, reaction shot." These are suggestions, not rigid commands — use your creative judgment.
- Talking points — Key messages the brand wants mentioned. Example: "Mention the 3-day delivery, the organic ingredients, and that there's a 20% launch discount." Usually 3-5 bullet points.
- Visual direction — Style guidance. Example: "Warm tones, natural lighting, casual outfit, filmed at home or in a cafe." This helps you match the brand's aesthetic.
- Competitors — Links to similar content from other creators. This is reference material — "we like the vibe of this Reel" kind of thing. Not asking you to copy, just showing what resonates with them.
Can the brand add custom notes?
Yes. At checkout, brands can add additional notes on top of the AI-generated brief. These show in a separate section. Some brands write a lot, some write nothing. The AI brief is always there as a baseline.
What if the brief is confusing?
Use the order chat. Message the brand directly inside the order. Keep it professional but casual — "Hey, quick question about the shot list — do you want me at home or at the venue?" Most brands respond within a few hours.
