Here's the full lifecycle of a content order from start to finish:
- Brand pays — A brand visits your storefront, picks a listing (say, a Reel), goes through checkout, and pays. Payment is held securely immediately.
- You get notified — You receive a WhatsApp message + in-app notification. Open the order in your dashboard.
- You accept — Review the brief (the AI writes it from their website — shot list, talking points, visual direction). Tap Accept to start the clock on your delivery time.
- You create — Film, edit, do your thing. This is where your talent shines.
- You upload — Open the order > Upload Content > select your files. Brand gets a WhatsApp with a magic link to review your work.
- Brand reviews — They approve, request revisions (if included), or leave comments. If they request a revision, you re-upload. If they approve, you move on.
- You post live — Once approved, post the content on Instagram (or wherever specified). Then submit the live URL in the order.
- Brand verifies — They tap the link, confirm it's actually live, and mark the order as complete.
- You get paid — Payment is released to your pending balance. After 7 days, it becomes available to withdraw.
Status names you'll see
Pending > Accepted > In Progress > Under Review > Approved > Live Verification > Completed.
If the brand doesn't respond at any step for 7 days, the order auto-advances and payment releases to you.
