How do I submit my content?

Open the order, tap Upload Content, select your files from your phone, and hit Submit for Review. The brand gets a WhatsApp notification with a magic link to review it instantly.


Once you've created the content, submitting it takes about 30 seconds:

  1. Open the order in your dashboard.
  2. Tap Upload Content.
  3. Select your files — images, videos, or both. Pick them straight from your phone's camera roll or files. No need to compress anything, we handle that.
  4. Tap Submit for Review.

What happens next

The brand receives a WhatsApp message with a magic link. They tap it, see your content immediately in their browser (no app download needed, no login required), and can approve or request revisions right there.

This is way faster than the old way of emailing Google Drive links or sending files over WhatsApp and losing quality. Everything stays inside the order.

Revision requests

If the brand requests a revision, you'll see their feedback in the order. Make the changes, re-upload, and resubmit. You have as many revision rounds as specified in your listing (e.g., if you set 2 revisions, they can request up to 2 rounds of changes).

File tips

  • Video: Upload the highest quality version you have. MP4 or MOV. We support up to 500MB per file.
  • Images: JPG or PNG. Full resolution, don't downscale.
  • You can upload multiple files in one go — useful for Story sets or carousel posts.

Once the brand approves, you'll be asked to post it live and submit the live URL.
