For brands

Book a model for the day, priced before you commit.

A model's card on Inflink carries their digitals, their measurements and the days they are genuinely free. You pick the date and the hours, you see what cancelling would cost, and you pay us rather than settling up on set.

The model gallery is still filling up. Post a brief and we will come back with the models who fit it.

/01
What you are buying

Time, by the hour, with a minimum.

A model sells the day, not a deliverable. Their listing carries an hourly rate and the shortest booking they will take, and your total is the hours you book at that rate, never below the minimum. There is no package to decode.

01
Hours, at their rate

You choose the length. Ask for less than the minimum and you are billed the minimum, which is stated on the card before you choose.

02
Up to 72 hours

A long day, an overnight or a multi-day shoot is bought as hours. One booking, one payment, one invoice.

03
Or ask for a quote

A card with no published rate is still bookable: you send the job and the model comes back with a price. You are never shown a made-up figure.

/02
The card

Digitals that are dated.

Every digital on Inflink carries the date it was taken, not the date it was uploaded, so you know you are casting the person in front of you rather than a version of them from three years ago. Five shots, one per slot.

01
Front

Straight on, arms at your sides.

02
Side profile

Full left or right profile.

03
Three quarter

Turned about 45 degrees.

04
Full length

Head to feet, standing.

05
Hands

Hands only, for parts and detail casting.

Alongside them: height, measurements and sizes in the systems they are actually written in, eye and hair colour, spoken languages, base city, whether they will travel, an age band rather than a birthday, and portfolio work filed by kind with a credit line. A field a model has not filled in is not rendered, so nothing on a card is a guess.

The booking

A call sheet, not a shopping cart.

A model booking asks for the things a shoot actually needs. You fill these in at checkout, and they are on the booking the model accepts, so nobody arrives expecting a different job.

Date and call time
Chosen from the model's own diary, in GST.
How many hours
Billed at the hourly rate, never below the minimum.
Location
The full address you are shooting at.
Photo, video or both
Stated up front so nobody arrives expecting the other.
Usage rights
Where the images run, and for how long.
Wardrobe and brief notes
What to bring, what to wear, what you are making.

Dates and call times come from the model's own diary, in GST, in 30 minute steps, and the diary is read against the length of your booking: a day that is open for a two hour shoot may be closed for a ten hour one, and you are shown the truth for the shoot you are actually making. A window that is taken shows you the next free start instead of refusing you, and if two of you go for the same slot the one who completes checkout holds it: the check runs inside the same transaction that takes the payment, so a day cannot be sold twice.

/04
Usage rights

Where the images run, agreed up front.

Usage is a line on the booking, not a conversation after the shoot. You choose the scope when you book and the model accepts the job knowing it.

If it moves

You are told what cancelling costs before you pay.

Shoots move. What a cancellation costs is decided by the model's own ladder, which is shown on the booking screen and then frozen onto your booking. These are the terms a model starts with, named Standard. An individual model can set their own, so read the one on the card you are booking.

A week or more
You pay nothing. There is time for the model to fill the day.
0%
3 to 7 days
A quarter of the booking is kept.
25%
24 to 72 hours
Half the booking is kept.
50%
Under 24 hours
The booking is charged in full. The day can no longer be re-sold.
100%

Frozen means your booking is judged by the terms you were sold, whatever the model does to their policy afterwards. It also runs the other way: if the ladder says nothing about the notice you gave, nothing is charged, because you were never shown that rung.

/06
The money

You pay Inflink, not the set.

The same escrow that sits behind every booking on Inflink sits behind a shoot. No cash on the day, no invoice from an individual, no chasing a model for a receipt.

You pay Inflink in full before the call time, by card.
The model has 72 hours to accept or decline.
The money is held, and the model is credited only after the shoot is marked done.
Release is 7 days after that. Raising a problem freezes it and a person on our team reads both sides.
An invoice is produced automatically, from Following FZC, the company you are contracting with.

The service charge on a booking is 6.25%, rounded up to the nearest AED 5. Each booking is one creator and one invoice, which is also how refunds and disputes are handled, so a shoot and a reel booked from the same brand stay two clean jobs rather than one tangled one.

Questions

Before you ask, the answers.

What am I told before I pay?

The rate, the minimum booking, what your chosen hours actually cost, the days and call times that are genuinely free, and the cancellation terms that will apply to you. All five are on the booking screen, before any card details.

Who holds the money between booking and the shoot?

Inflink does. You pay us, not the model, and the model is credited only after the shoot is marked done. Release happens 7 days after that, and raising a problem freezes it while a person on our team reads both sides.

What if I have to move the date?

The cancellation terms frozen onto your booking decide what that costs, and they were on screen before you paid. The terms a model starts with charge nothing at a week or more notice, and the full booking inside 24 hours, because at that point the day cannot be re-sold. Individual models can set their own ladder, so read the one on the card you are booking.

Is a shoot booked the same way as a reel?

The money works identically: you pay Inflink up front, it is held, and it is released after the work is done. What differs is what you are asked for. A reel is booked against a brief. A shoot is booked against a call sheet and a calendar, and it carries cancellation terms rather than a revisions policy. Each booking is its own job with its own invoice.

What about usage rights?

You pick the scope when you book, from organic only through to out of home and in-store screens, and it is recorded on the booking. The model accepts the booking knowing where the images will run.

How long can one booking run?

Up to 72 hours. An overnight or a two-day shoot is bought as hours at the hourly rate, so it stays one booking and one payment.

Tell us the shoot, we will cast it.

Send the brief: the date, the hours, the location and the usage, and we will come back with the models who fit it.
