Your book, your diary, your rate.
Inflink is where a client reads your card, sees the days you are actually free, and pays for the shoot before it happens. You keep the diary. We handle the money.
Free to list. You are booked by the hour, against terms you set.
Time, not deliverables.
An influencer on Inflink sells a thing they make. You sell the day. That one difference changes everything about how your page works: it is priced by the hour with a minimum, it is booked against a calendar, and it carries cancellation terms instead of a revisions policy.
You set the rate and the shortest booking you will take. A client asking for less than your minimum is billed the minimum, so a one hour request on a four hour minimum is a four hour job.
A card with no rate is still a complete listing. The client is sent to ask you for a quote rather than shown a price you did not set.
An overnight or a multi-day shoot is bought as hours, priced by your rate, so a long job is one booking and one payment rather than a pile of them.
The measurements a casting director actually asks for.
No PDF, no WhatsApp forward, no re-sending your digitals every time somebody asks. Height is the only thing we insist on. Everything else is yours to fill in, and anything you leave empty is simply not shown.
Sizes are stored as you write them, because a size is not a number: UK 8, EU 36, 40R and M all survive intact. Heritage takes more than one answer, because most people have more than one. And age is a band, never a date of birth.
Five shots, each one dated.
Digitals go stale, and a client needs to know they are looking at you as you are now. Every digital carries the date it was taken, not the date it was uploaded, and there is one image per slot: replacing a digital is an update, so there is never a question about which one is current.
Straight on, arms at your sides.
Full left or right profile.
Turned about 45 degrees.
Head to feet, standing.
Hands only, for parts and detail casting.
Portfolio images are filed by what they are and carry a credit line, so a client reads your book by the work rather than by upload order.
Only the days you opened can be booked.
You open the days you are available. A client looking at your card sees those days and nothing else, up to 120 days ahead, with call times in 30 minute steps, all in GST.
A day is shown as free for the length of the booking being made. A week that is open for two hours can be shut for ten, so you are never offered a job that will not fit.
If two clients go for the same slot, the one who completes checkout gets it. The check runs inside the same transaction that takes the payment, so a day cannot be sold twice.
Blocking time out later never touches a booking you already accepted. The diary governs what can still be booked, not what already was.
Cancellation terms that are yours, and frozen.
A shoot that falls through at the last minute costs you the day. These are the terms you start with, named Standard. They are a default, not a rule: you can rewrite every rung.
Whatever your terms said on the day a client booked is copied onto that booking and kept. Rewriting your ladder changes what new bookings are sold under and nothing else, so you can raise your terms without touching work already in the diary. And if your terms are silent at the notice a client gave, nothing is charged: a client is never billed under a rung they were never shown.
Paid for the day, without chasing anyone.
The client pays Inflink before the shoot, not you on the day. The money sits with us until the job is done, which is the whole reason a client is willing to pay in advance and the whole reason you are not invoicing anybody afterwards.
One balance, one withdrawal, one statement, whether the money came from a shoot, a reel or a consultation. If you do both, you are not running two businesses.
What a client needs from you before they can book.
Four things, and the booking screen cannot open without them. This is also the order to do them in.
Height, and whatever else you want a client to know.
The five shots, dated when they were taken.
The hourly rate and the shortest booking you take.
The days you are open, as far ahead as you know them.
All four live in one place once you are signed in, at your model profile. A client fills in the rest when they book: the date and call time, the hours, the location, whether it is photo or video, the usage rights, and what to bring.
Before you ask, the answers.
No. You set your own card up, you set your own rate, and the booking comes to you. If you are represented, there is a notes field on your card for your agency, so a client knows before they book.
Yes, and most people who do both should. One account holds both, and you add the second whenever you want. You never need a new login, and adding modelling does not change anything about the content you already sell.
Only the days you have opened in your diary are bookable, and the availability a client sees is read against the length of the shoot they are booking. A week that is open for a two hour shoot can be shut for a ten hour one, so you never get a request you cannot take. If two clients go for the same day, the one who completes checkout gets it: the check runs inside the same transaction that takes the payment, so a day cannot be sold twice.
What your own cancellation terms say. The Standard terms, which is what you start with, charge the full booking under 24 hours notice, half between 24 and 72 hours, a quarter between 3 and 7 days, and nothing at a week or more. You can replace all four rungs. Whatever a booking was sold under is frozen onto it, so changing your terms never changes a booking you already took.
The client pays Inflink before the day, not you on the day. You mark the shoot done when it wraps, and the money releases to your balance 7 days later unless the client raises a problem, which freezes it for a human to look at. You withdraw to your UAE bank whenever you like.
Nothing to list. A service charge of 12.5% plus AED 2 is taken when you withdraw, never off your listed rate, and it drops to 4.5% plus AED 2 on Pro.
List your book, keep your diary.
Free to list, booked by the hour, and paid for the day before you shoot it.
