Getting Paid

When does pending become available?

7 days after the order completes. Pending means the money is yours but held briefly. Available means you can withdraw it to your bank account.

Your earnings dashboard shows two numbers: Pending and Available. Here's what each means:

Pending balance

Payment that's been released because the order is complete, but is held for 7 days before you can withdraw it. This holding period exists for fraud protection — it gives time to catch any issues before the money moves to your bank.

Think of it as: "This is definitely your money, it's just clearing."

Available balance

Money that's past the 7-day hold and ready for withdrawal. Tap "Request payout" and it goes to your bank account.

Example timeline

  • Monday — Brand approves your Reel and marks the order complete. AED 1,500 is released to Pending.
  • Next Monday — 7 days pass. AED 1,500 moves from Pending to Available.
  • Whenever you want — You request a payout. AED 1,500 minus the service charge goes to your bank.

Can I speed this up?

Not right now. The 7-day hold is fixed for all creators. We're exploring faster access for creators with a strong track record, but no ETA on that.

What if I have both pending and available?

You'll see both numbers separately. You can only withdraw from Available. Pending just sits there until the 7 days are up. Each order has its own 7-day timer, so amounts trickle into Available as each order's hold expires.
