Yes. Unlike Content or Consultation listings, Merch gives you full control over naming and description. Selling a Lightroom preset pack? A hoodie? A phone case with your art on it? Name it whatever you want.
How to set it up
- Go to Add Listing > Merch.
- Write your product name — "Sunset Preset Pack," "Creator Hoodie," "Hand-poured Candle," etc.
- Write a description. Explain what's included, sizes available, materials, digital vs. physical — whatever the buyer needs to know.
- Upload product photos. Use good lighting. Show the product from multiple angles if it's physical.
- Set your price.
- Toggle shipping. If it's a digital product (presets, templates), turn shipping off. If it's physical, turn it on.
Fulfillment
You handle shipping yourself. After a buyer orders:
- For physical products: ship it, then enter the tracking number + courier name in the order. Alternatively, upload a delivery photo (a picture of the delivered package).
- For digital products: upload the files directly in the order (PDF, ZIP, etc.).
The buyer has 7 days to confirm receipt or raise a dispute. If they don't respond, payment auto-releases to you after 7 days.
Good for
Preset packs, merch drops, art prints, handmade goods, recipe e-books, workout plans — anything you can sell to your audience.
