Can I sell my own merch?

Yes. Merch is the only listing type where you write the product name and description. Upload product photos, set the price, toggle shipping, and ship it yourself with tracking or a delivery photo.


Yes. Unlike Content or Consultation listings, Merch gives you full control over naming and description. Selling a Lightroom preset pack? A hoodie? A phone case with your art on it? Name it whatever you want.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Add Listing > Merch.
  2. Write your product name — "Sunset Preset Pack," "Creator Hoodie," "Hand-poured Candle," etc.
  3. Write a description. Explain what's included, sizes available, materials, digital vs. physical — whatever the buyer needs to know.
  4. Upload product photos. Use good lighting. Show the product from multiple angles if it's physical.
  5. Set your price.
  6. Toggle shipping. If it's a digital product (presets, templates), turn shipping off. If it's physical, turn it on.

Fulfillment

You handle shipping yourself. After a buyer orders:

  • For physical products: ship it, then enter the tracking number + courier name in the order. Alternatively, upload a delivery photo (a picture of the delivered package).
  • For digital products: upload the files directly in the order (PDF, ZIP, etc.).

The buyer has 7 days to confirm receipt or raise a dispute. If they don't respond, payment auto-releases to you after 7 days.
