Step 3: Receive the order and brief
When a brand orders, they fill out a brief at checkout. This includes their product details, brand guidelines, key messages, dos and do-nots, and a deadline. The money goes into escrow immediately. You get notified and can start working knowing the payment is secured.
Step 4: Create and deliver
Film the Reel according to the brief. Edit it to your usual standard. Upload the final file through the platform. Add a delivery note explaining any creative choices. The brand gets notified that the content is ready for review.
Step 5: Brand reviews and you get paid
The brand watches the Reel and either approves or requests a revision. If they approve, payment releases to you instantly. If they request a revision, make the change and resubmit. If they do not respond within 7 days, auto-release kicks in and you get paid anyway.
