Fitness Creator Rates in Dubai: Gyms, Supplements, and Athleisure

The Creator Coach6 min read

A fitness creator in Abu Dhabi with 14,300 followers earned AED 9,400 across three deals last month: a supplement brand Reel, a gym membership giveaway in partnership with a Khalifa City studio, and an athleisure flat-lay post. None of those deals individually were huge. The combined revenue was. Fitness pricing in the UAE works differently from fashion or beauty because the brand pool is more fragmented and the deliverables are more performance-driven. Brands want before-and-afters, in-gym shots, and supplement testimonials, not lifestyle flat-lays.

What do gyms in the UAE actually pay?

Gym partnerships in the UAE fall into three buckets: free-membership trades (worthless if you have meaningful audience), monthly retainers for content, and one-off campaign Reels. The free-membership trade is dead for any creator above 8K followers. A boutique gym in JLT will pay AED 1,500 to AED 4,000 for a single Reel plus two Stories. A larger chain like FitnGlam or Gold's Gym will pay AED 3,500 to AED 12,000 for the same format depending on creator size and exclusivity. Retainers, where you are the gym's content partner for three months, run AED 6,000 to AED 25,000 per month.

How do supplement and protein brands price in the UAE?

Supplement brands have the highest CAC sensitivity in fitness. They are paying for measurable conversions, not vibes. Expect them to ask for discount codes, swipe-up links, and conversion tracking. Their budgets are tighter per Reel but they book in volume.

  • Local UAE supplement brands: AED 800 to AED 3,000 per Reel at 10K-30K followers, often with a 10 percent affiliate kicker
  • Regional protein brands: AED 2,000 to AED 7,500 per Reel, longer briefs, more revisions
  • International supplement giants entering UAE: AED 4,000 to AED 18,000 per Reel, full usage rights typically required

What about athleisure and activewear?

Athleisure brands in the UAE pay closer to fashion rates than fitness rates because the content is lifestyle-driven. A Reel showing you in a new set during a Marina Run, plus a flat-lay post, will go for AED 2,000 to AED 9,000 in the 15K-50K tier. Local UAE-founded activewear brands tend to pay 20 to 30 percent below regional or international competitors at the same follower count, but they often offer recurring monthly drops which adds up.

Bundle your fitness deliverables. A Reel plus two Stories plus a flat-lay post sells for 60 to 80 percent more than three separate single-format quotes.

Should you offer a coaching or PT add-on?

If you are a certified PT or have a coaching offer, fitness brand deals are an excellent funnel for it. Some creators in Dubai are now charging AED 1,200 to AED 3,500 for online coaching packages and using brand-deal Reels as awareness drivers. The brand pays you for the Reel. The Reel sends followers to your bio link where they book your PT services. That stack is what separates fitness creators earning AED 8,000 a month from those earning AED 35,000.

What is fair for a one-off gym opening event?

A new gym opening in Dubai Hills wants three creators to attend its launch, post Stories live, and produce one Reel each. Fair rate at the 20K-40K tier is AED 3,500 to AED 7,500 per creator, with a clear deliverable list and a 14-day usage window. If the gym pushes back, walk. There are six new gyms opening every month in the UAE and most of them will pay properly because their CAC math depends on it.

Publish your fitness rate card. Make it easy for the brand manager at a supplement company to see your AED 2,800 Reel rate, click book, and pay before they have a chance to negotiate. The friction is what kills deals.
